Summer 2009
We hope you're all enjoying a good summer. Black Bottle Riot certainly has a creative summer! We're working on a lot of new stuff: waking up with some kick-ass riffs, arranging songs and writing some lowdown lyrics. Slowly - yes, slowly - BBR is working towards a debut album. Early September we'll be onstage and rock the curls outta your mullet at the nice & cozy Polderpop Fest.
Waalkade review & pics
The latest gig Black Bottle Riot played was at the enormous Waalkade stage during the Four Day Marches in our hometown Nijmegen. Hot damn! What a day!! To read a flattering 3voor12 review, go HERE. Popronde & Gesel XL
Black Bottle Riot is selected for this year's Popronde Fest and Gesel XL. This means we'll have some cool showcases all over the country (Den Haag, Den Bosch and Arnhem for instance). Visit our giglist for more info. BBR really is looking forward to these gigs!
MP3voor12 Compilation
VPRO's 3voor12 regularly compiles promising local acts under the name "MP3voor12". Volume III has just been released and it features, among others, The Sin Committee, Okieson and yours truly! DOWNLOAD IT FOR FREE and spin our boogie-from-hell "Exit Spoiler" loud as fuck. Yeehaw!
